If you choose to submit a paper copy of your forms, simply print out the forms, fill them in and mail them to the Centre for Case Studies. If you prefer to use the electronic version of the forms, fill in the forms directly on your computer screen, using the Tab key to move from one field to another, and email the attached file to centredecas@hec.ca.
